Obstacle: I’m too tense!
Solution: Relax and exercise effortlessly. Be gentle with yourself because meditation is some time for non-doing. In stress over your meditation practice, you defeat the whole purpose of contemplation. Meditation should never be forced. If you force yourself, went right struggle.
